Lightweight Design
UCi PCP-G Gloves use a 13 gauge machine knitted polyester construction that is entirely lightweight. It has all the protective properties of a heavier glove whilst remaining lightweight and highly functional when handling small, tricky material.
The fingertips are sleek and will adhere to the natural shape of your fingers, promoting a high level of dexterity when performing precision handling tasks.
Polyurethane Coating
Polyurethane is used in glove manufacturing because of its thin, lightweight properties. It doesn't form a particularly thick layer, allowing a glove to remain sleek and lightweight without compromising on safety.
Polyurethane is highly resistant to abrasions and scuffing, making it perfect for general application and use when lifting, carrying or performing day to day tasks.
Benefits of a Palm-Only Coating
A palm only coating means that only the palm area of the glove is coated. This allows the back, fingers and wrist to breath naturally, promoting odour and moisture release and keeping the hand naturally ventilated. Palm-only coatings do not compromise on grip strength, as the area of the hand doing the holding, lifting and carrying remains coated.
They are ideal for those preferring a lighter, looser fitting pair of gloves.
