UCi Nitrilon NCN-Flex PVC Knuckle Coated Gloves are designed with machinists, metal workers and other precision handling professionals in mind. Thanks to a knuckle-only coating, your fingers and palm are given a greater degree of flexibility, aiding with the performance of high accuracy and precision based tasks. They are manufactured with self-sanitising fibres that work to kill germs, microorganisms and bacteria as you perspire throughout the day.

Carrying, lifting and packing with the wrong size gloves on can take its tole on your hands quickly. Thankfully, finding the right size for you could not be easier. Simply measure the circumference of your palm (ignoring the thumb area) and the length of your hand as indicated in the image below.

EN 388 is a European regulation governing the sale of gloves used for safety and protection. It determines the gloves performance when used whilst working in and around mechanical machinery by measuring abrasion, cut, tear and puncture resistance.

Benefits of a Knuckle Coating

A knuckle-only coating covers a highly vulnerable area of the hand that is prone to impacts and abrasions in heavy-duty environments. This type of coating is the lightest available as it leaves the rest of the hand uncovered. The benefit of this is that the rest of the hand can breath and stay flexible. If you prefer a lighter, unobtrusive glove design that promotes healthy and natural air flow without compromising on safety or grip strength, a knuckle coating is for you.

PVC Coating

PVC is a hardwearing and highly durable coating thanks to its dense chemical structure. Designed to be resistant to grease, fats, oil and water, it is a highly protective coating that amplifies the shelf life of a safety glove thanks to its protective properties. PVC is proven to improve and enhance grip strength in oily, wet and dry conditions due to its ability to protect against slippery substances that prevent a tight grip forming.

Innovative Sanitation System

The Sanitized fabric hygiene system helps to reduce the growth and spread of microorganisms that are particularly problematic, such as clostridia and other antibiotic-resistant bacteria. This is particularly beneficial to work gloves because of the build up sweat and the risk of cross contamination from hand to face throughout the day. Ultimate Industrial have partnered with Sanitized to reduce this risk and manufacture gloves that not only provide all the protection you'd expect, but that keep your hands hygienic and odour-free too.
