Suitable Environments and Applications
Please see the list below for a few suitable applications for UCi Duo-Lite Gloves:
Benefits of a Nitrile Coating
Nitrile is an incredibly flexible and porous coating that provides additional resistance to oil, fuel and chemicals. It works to trap these substances so your grip doesn't slip and slide about. Nitrile is used as a protective coating in gloves because it matches the pliability of latex with the hazard and injury protection properties of a heavier, woven glove.
18 Gauge Lightweight Design
A tight fitting lightweight glove has a number of advantages. Firstly, a tight gauge promotes a firm grip due to the compression of the muscles in the hand. It also lends itself to carrying and lifting, as there is no little to no excess material there to sag, rub or prevent a proper grip from forming.
Dual Waterproof Coating
The UCi Nitrilon Ultra uses a double nitrile coating, the second of which uses a gritty sand blend to aid with grip strength. An aggregate coating mix works by providing grit and bite to the palm as appose to a flat, smooth surface that would allow products and material to slip and slide around in damp and wet conditions.
