The RDX T6 sparring gloves are available in four different sizes. To discover the best fit for your hands, measure the circumference of your palm at the knuckle, excluding your thumb (as seen below). Once you have this measurement, compare it to the below sizing table to determine your glove size.
Please Note: While they can be used by a wide range of users, the lightweight design of these gloves makes them best suited to children and those in a lighter weight class when used for sparring.
