EN 388 (Protection Against Mechanical Risks)
EN 388 is a European regulation governing the sale of gloves used for safety and protection. It determines the gloves' performance when used for protection against mechanical machinery by measuring the fabric's abrasion, cut, tear and puncture resistance.
Standard | Resistance Rating |
Abrasion Resistance | Level 4 |
Cut Resistance | Level 2 |
Tear Resistance | Level 2 |
Puncture Resistance | Level 1 |
ISO Cut Resistance | N/A |

Contact Cold Resistance
Contact cold resistance is vital if you want you work outside during winter. Even if material doesn't appear cold at first, over time, temperatures are transferred onto the hand and through the glove, causing a slow build up of cold that can numb and reduce grip strength and stability in your hands.
Ejendals 8810R Gloves prevent this transfer of cold, allowing you to handle freezing cold material with peace of mind.
Heated Material Handling Protection
Handling heated material can instantly damage your hand and cause irreparable damage. If you handle even mildly heated material or machine parts, it's vital you wear adequate safety gloves. Ejendals 8810R Gloves will allow you to hold and carry heated material of temperatures up to 100°C for fifteen seconds.
DMFa Free Design
If you suffer with a skin or dermatological condition, you'll understand just how irritable some safety gloves can be. Itching and irritation tend to be caused by the inclusion of accelerators and chemicals in the manufacturing process. Thankfully, Tegera Infinity Gloves are made without the common chemical dimethylformamide, making them ideal for those prone to skin irritation and damage.
Robust Knitted Cuff
The cuff on 8810R Gloves is widened and slightly extended to prevent dirt and debris entering the glove at the cuff. This not only stabilises the glove and keeps it in place to prevent slippage and dragging, but it prevents tiny particles that can cause irritation and damage to the skin from coming into contact with the hand.
